What a subscription includes

• Where employers say people may be based, across the whole live index, with the wording behind each label
• A country table: how many live roles name each country, how many of those are work from anywhere, and how many were added in the last 30 days
• Advertised pay bands by category, country, working arrangement and experience level
• Twelve weeks of hiring movement, week by week
• The employers hiring most, and how much of their hiring is open to any country
• Figures refreshed hourly from the same index the job board runs on

How the figures are built

• Every figure is counted from adverts that were live in the Nomaders index at the moment shown, not from a panel, a survey or a model.
• Where an employer says candidates may be based is read from the employer's own wording in the advert, and the wording behind each label is kept alongside it.
• Pay bands use only adverts stating a yearly salary in US dollars, so a band is never a mix of currencies or periods. The midpoint of a stated range is used, and a band is published only where at least 12 adverts support it.
• An advert with no stated pay is left out of the pay figures rather than estimated.
• Counts move as adverts are published and taken down. Roles are only closed after repeated failed checks, never after a single one.
