Nomaders is a remote job board built around one question that most boards leave unanswered: where are you actually allowed to live if you take this job? We read every advert, record the employer's own words about location, and label the role accordingly.

Almost every job board uses one word, remote, for four completely different deals. A role you can do from a beach in Lisbon and a role that requires you to stay resident in Ohio are filed under the same label, and you usually only find out which one you applied for after somebody has read your CV.
That wasted time is the whole reason this site exists. Nomaders reads what the employer actually wrote about location and puts it on the card, in their words, before you spend an evening on an application you were never eligible for.
It is built and run by a small team in the UK. There is no venture money behind it and no recruiter taking a cut: applications go straight to the employer’s own page, and the only thing we sell is faster access to the index.
Remote work only changes your life if it travels with you, and most listings that call themselves remote quietly require you to stay in one country. We exist to make that distinction impossible to miss, so people stop wasting applications, and so the employers who genuinely hire anywhere are easy to find.
Everything on the site comes from real listings we have crawled or an employer has submitted. We do not invent roles, salaries or counts. When a job closes, it leaves.
We are a very small team and have no open positions right now. When we do hire, the role will be posted on this board like any other, remote, with the location rule and salary stated up front.
Hiring remotely? You can list a role directly with us. Here is what the process looks like.
Say plainly where the person can live, any country, a named list of countries, or one country only. That single sentence is what we quote on your listing, and it is the reason candidates trust it.
A stated pay range gets far more applications than "competitive". Roles with real numbers are the ones we surface first across the site.
Fill in the posting form with the role, company, the advert text and your application link. It takes a couple of minutes.
Every submission is read by a human. We check the company exists, the link works, and the location claim matches the advert. Anything vague comes back to you rather than going live.
Listings run for a fixed window and then close, and we re-check application links while they are live. Nobody lands on a dead job with your name on it.
