Terms of service

Nomaders is a remote job board. We read job adverts published by employers and job boards, and label each one with where the employer says you may live. We are not an employer, an agency or a recruiter, we take no part in hiring decisions, and we do not submit applications for you.

• Labels come from the employer's own wording, quoted on the role. Employers change their minds and adverts contain mistakes, so always confirm location rules with the employer before you rely on them.
• Pay figures are the employer's own where stated, and clearly marked as our estimate where they are not. Estimates are guidance, never an offer.
• Nothing on Nomaders is immigration, tax, employment or legal advice. Whether you may live or work in a country depends on your nationality and that country's rules. Check official government sources.
• We cannot promise the site is always available or free of errors, and we do not promise you will find work.

• You must be at least 16 to hold an account, and the details you give must be your own and accurate.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You may close your account at any time from your account page.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy or resell our listings, labels or data, or use them to train a model.
• Share a paid account with other people, or bypass the free limits.
• Attack, overload or probe the site, or try to reach data that is not yours.
• Post anything unlawful, misleading or discriminatory when submitting a job.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Paid access renews automatically until you cancel, at the price shown when you subscribe. Prices include any tax we are required to charge. You can cancel at any time from your account page, and cancellation stops the next renewal. See our refunds and cancellation policy for your right to change your mind.

If you submit a role, you confirm you are entitled to advertise it and that the details are accurate. We review submissions by hand and may decline or remove any listing. The remote label stays ours to set, from your own wording.

The site, its design and our classifications belong to us. Job adverts belong to the employers who wrote them, and we show them to help people find work. If you own content on the site and want it removed, email jobs@nomaders.app with the link and the reason, and we will act promptly.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost earnings, lost opportunities or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections and the right to bring a claim in the country where you live, and nothing here removes any right your local law gives you that cannot be given up.

We may update these terms. Where a change matters we tell account holders by email before it takes effect. Questions go to jobs@nomaders.app.
