About the role
Welcome to Huble π. Huble is a global HubSpot consultancy helping mid-market and enterprise organisations transform marketing, sales, service, and CRM operations.
We combine strategic consulting, technical implementation, creative services, and data expertise to help organisations improve how they attract, convert, and retain customers.
With teams across multiple regions, Huble partners with ambitious organisations looking for a commercially-minded and strategically capable growth partner.
πAbout the role
The Regional Marketing Manager owns marketing end-to-end for their region, turning strategy into pipeline. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role covering campaign delivery, content, demand generation programmes, and marketing operations for their market.
This is one of several Regional Marketing Manager roles Huble is building out globally (2-3 planned across regions), each owning marketing for their own market. You'll work alongside your regional counterparts, sharing approach and best practice while running your own patch.
The role works closely with the regional Commercial Director on priorities, and stays aligned with the Fractional CMO and peer Regional Marketing Managers on strategy and shared standards.
This role suits someone equally comfortable writing a blog post, briefing a paid campaign, building a nurture flow, and pulling together a pipeline report.
The Regional Marketing Manager reports to the Commercial Director for their region, with regular alignment sessions with the Fractional CMO.
