About the role
We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to own the full email execution cycle across campaign builds, automations, A/B testing, segmentation, and performance reporting inside Klaviyo for a data-first growth marketing agency serving a focused roster of e-commerce and DTC brands.
This is a hands-on execution role with real ownership of campaign performance. You will be in Klaviyo every day, building flows, running A/B tests, managing segmentation, and turning performance data into clear, client-ready reporting. This is not a strategy-from-a-distance role. If you are a detail-obsessed email marketer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and takes pride in clean, error-free deployments that actually move metrics, this role is a strong fit.
