About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an AI-Native Marketing Coordinator to support marketing, content, growth, outreach, podcast production, events, and AI-powered operational workflows inside a fast-growing company.
This is not a traditional Marketing Coordinator role .
AI is central to how you’ll work. Rather than simply using AI to polish finished work, you’ll build, prompt, automate, and improve AI-powered workflows that help the business execute faster and more effectively.
You’ll work directly with leadership across:
AI workflows & automation
Social media & content
Podcast production
Cold email & LinkedIn outreach
Websites & landing pages
Conferences & webinars
Email marketing
Sales collateral & creative assets
Growth operations
If you live inside AI tools, constantly experiment with new systems, and naturally look for ways to automate repetitive work , this role is built for you.
What You’ll Own
AI Systems & Workflow Automation — Core Focus
Work extensively with tools such as:
Claude
Codex
OpenClaw
Requirements
- ·Strong daily, hands-on use of AI tools
- ·Experience with Claude, AI copilots, or similar platforms
- ·Familiarity with AI workflows and automation platforms
- ·Ability to create effective prompts and repeatable AI workflows
- ·Comfortable learning unfamiliar AI tools independently
