About the role
Harbor is looking for a full-time, temporary, Learning & Development Specialist (Go To Market) for a 5–6-month engagement. The Learning & Development Specialist (Go To Market) is a contract role responsible for designing and developing high-quality learning solutions that build critical sales enablement capabilities across Harbor ’s Client Engagement / Delivery organizations. Working closely with Delivery leaders, subject matter experts, and Learning & Development, this role will translate business priorities, capability needs, and subject matter expertise into practical, engaging, and scalable learning experiences.

Requirements
- ·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- ·7+ years of relevant experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or Learning & Development, with demonstrated experience independently owning learning deliverables and workstreams for adult learners.
- ·Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder relationships.
- ·Experience working within professional services, consulting, sales enablement, or a similarly fast-paced, knowledge-based environment strongly preferred.
- ·Proficiency with PowerPoint and learning/content development tools such as Articulate 360; familiarity with Workday Learning or a comparable LMS preferred.
