The Opportunity: Finance Manager

Requirements

·Previous experience operating at the manager level, with responsibility for overseeing key accounting processes and deliverables.
·Proven people management or team leadership experience, including coaching, supporting, and developing team members.
·Strong IFRS technical knowledge — specifically IFRS 15 (revenue recognition), IFRS 16 (leases), and IFRS 3 (business combinations / PPA); consolidation accounting experience is essential.
·Advanced Excel skills; demonstrated experience using AI tools (Claude, Copilot, or equivalent) to automate finance workflows; Python or Power Query experience is a strong advantage.
·Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across Finance, Operations, Sales, and other departments.
