About the role
Duties
Functional
Coordinate IT operations with the service providers to ensure delivery of timely and effective IT services that operate at a high level of stability and efficiency.
Work with the IT service provider to optimize and improve local company networks and servers.
Manage installations and upgrades of IT systems at Sensia facilities in close coordination with Global Real Estate Project Manager.
Be the single point of contact for IT escalations.
Ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner by the service provider.
Provide support and guidance to Sensia employees globally.
Oversee end user device inventory, replacement and delivery to users.
Oversee the management, procurement and licensing of computer software applications driving common standards and best practises.
Develop and coordinate manufacturing OT practises in coordination with parent company experience.

Requirements

- ·Develop and evolve Sensia specific IT policies and practices in coordination with Sensia Cyber Security Office.
- ·Effectively resolve conflict service provider to meet business goals.
- ·Independently identify, manage and mitigate risks, resulting in proactive contingency planning as required.
