About the Role
As a CRO / Website Optimization Specialist, you will own a client's website and quiz-funnel experimentation roadmap from opportunity identification through execution and analysis. This is not a strategy-only position: you will formulate hypotheses, build and launch tests yourself, analyze performance, and determine what should happen next.

Requirements
- ·3-6+ years of hands-on experience in CRO, e-commerce website optimization, growth, or a closely related role, with flexibility for candidates whose experience demonstrates equivalent depth.
- ·Strong practical knowledge of e-commerce conversion optimization, including funnels, customer journeys, merchandising, UX, and key conversion levers.
- ·Hands-on Shopify front-end experience with the ability to make and troubleshoot website changes independently.
- ·Proven ownership of A/B testing from opportunity identification and hypothesis creation through implementation, analysis, and next-step recommendations.
- ·Hands-on experience with Intelligems or a comparable experimentation platform, plus working knowledge of GA4 and website conversion analytics.
