As a Copyright Asset Screener, you will play a crucial role in the Digital Rights Management team.

The nature of our business requires us to be great at managing the rights for our music on online platforms like YouTube, that’s why we need you! You will work with, and become an expert on, YouTube’s rights management system Content ID. Your main responsibility is to review videos containing Epidemic Sound’s music catalogue in Youtube’s CMS (Content Management System) and take action based on our business rules.

Your key responsibilities include

Validate videos for subsequent claiming across YouTube and other online platforms, which involves listening to a high volume of music across various genres, with a focus on UGC.

Execute precise claiming operations by accurately timestamping music usage and diligently adapting to frequently updated guidelines.

Proactively master new and existing claiming strategies to ensure our operations stay ahead of industry and platform trends.

Provide feedback on potential workflow improvements to enhance our systems and processes.

Engage in a collaborative environment where you will learn from others, teach yourself, and share your knowledge with the team.

Contribute to team success by addressing specific tasks and taking on other responsibilities as needed.

Nice to have

Schedule and Coverage

This is a full-time position with a standard working schedule of Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
