Are you fluent in English and Spanish with experience supporting healthcare practices? We’re building a talent pool of Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistants based in Latin America for upcoming remote opportunities with U.S.-based healthcare clients.
We’d love to connect with candidates experienced in one or more of the following:
Medical reception, patient calls, and appointment scheduling
Patient intake, care coordination, and follow-ups
Insurance verification and prior authorizations
Medical billing, claims follow-up, and revenue cycle support
Medical documentation and EHR/EMR administration
Patient outreach and healthcare appointment setting
Full-time and part-time opportunities may become available . Responsibilities, schedules, compensation, and required tools will vary by client and will be shared when a suitable opening is identified.

Fluent in Spanish , with B2–C1 English proficiency and strong spoken and written communication skills
Previous experience supporting a medical, dental, or other healthcare practice , remotely or in person
Ability to handle patient information accurately, professionally, and confidentially
Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
Reliable internet connection, a suitable computer, a headset, and a quiet workspace
Availability to work U.S. business hours, depending on the opportunity
Comfortable using a time tracker to record working hours
