About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Ecommerce Growth Manager to own and optimize the complete digital growth engine for a fast-growing ecommerce brand.
This is not a creative production role . A dedicated creative team handles ad design, imagery, email creative, and copywriting. Your responsibility is to take those assets and make them perform .
You’ll own growth across:
Meta Ads
Google Ads
Shopify
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Klaviyo & retention
Technical SEO
Analytics & reporting
We’re looking for a growth operator who understands that ecommerce performance doesn’t stop at generating traffic. You’ll connect acquisition → conversion → retention and continuously identify opportunities to increase revenue, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, and customer lifetime value.
You’ll work directly with the Directors and have significant ownership over digital growth strategy and execution.
What You’ll Own
Paid Media Management – Meta & Google Ads
Own paid acquisition across Meta Ads and Google Ads end-to-end.
Build and optimize campaign structures, budgets, bidding strategies, and testing frameworks
Manage Meta campaigns across:
Prospecting
Retargeting
Catalog sales
Custom audiences
