We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.
Job Responsibilities
Drive the full recruitment cycle for complex and niche positions, taking ownership of the process and ensuring successful, timely hires.
Lead executive search projects, including market mapping, headhunting, direct outreach, and managing stakeholder expectations at senior levels.
Partner with business leaders to shape hiring strategies: provide market insights, advise on role design, and adapt approaches to business needs.

Requirements
- ·You’ll thrive here if you have
- ·5+ years of experience in Tech/IT/Product Recruitment, covering both engineering and non-tech roles (Marketing, Operations etc).
- ·Experience in executive search: hiring for senior leadership roles, including close collaboration with top management
- ·Fluency in Russian and English is a must-have.
- ·Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment - from defining the hiring profile to successful offer acceptance - with international hiring and relocation experience.
