About the role
Position Purpose: Supports administrative care management activities including performing outreach, answering inbound calls, and scheduling services. Serves as a point of contact to members, providers, and staff to resolve issues and documents member records in accordance with current state and regulatory guidelines.
Key Details: This fully remote role performs case management support tasks for LTSS Waiver members. Preference will be given to applicants (1) who reside in Illinois and (2) have some of the following experiences: previous managed care, data entry, HCBS waiver services, and healthcare administrative experience. The schedules are Monday through Friday 8-5 pm CT (training period); 8-4:30 pm CT (available after training as well).
