Envision is seeking an open-minded, driven senior recruiting specialist to identify and hire great talent for our top recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) clients. You will work to understand our clients' recruitment processes from top to bottom and use data to draw insights and craft effective hiring strategies to fill in the missing pieces, making their hiring process smarter and more efficient--not just for today, but also for tomorrow.

Requirements

·Experience tracking and managing candidates in an ATS system
·Excellent written/verbal communication skills
·Advanced proficiency in English and Japanese preferred
·Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
