About the role
The Opportunity:
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner at Avantor , you will be responsible for researching, engaging with, and providing us with the talent we need to set science in motion to create a better world. In this role, you will play a critical part in building strong talent pipelines across European markets, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs) and Hiring Managers to identify, engage, and qualify top candidates.
