About the role
Overview
BerryDunn is seeking an Organizational Development Senior Consultant to join our Medicaid Practice Group . In this role, you will pair your strong business acumen along with confidence to interact with senior executives, lead groups and serve as a trusted advisor. Organizational development services at BerryDunn include change management, strategic planning, organizational analysis, organization design, staff modeling, executive and leader development, teams and workforce development for our health and human services clients. This position reports to senior leaders on the Medicaid Practice Group team. OD professionals can sit remotely or in close proximity to one of our offices.
