About the role

Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Business Process Engineer in support of the DHA Solution Delivery Division (SDD). This position will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

This role involves working closely across program and supported organizations to promote cross-program coordination and technical collaboration to identify process improvements, implement best practices, reduce integration risk, standardize systems engineering processes, and support the successful delivery of program goals.

Responsibilities

Coordinate activities, to assess program management planning, execution, and reporting processes for various projects that include requirements, software, sustainment, and advanced technology initiatives.

Requirements

·Strong project management experience, risk management, project documentation, MS Project, and creating/managing integrated master schedules.
·Risk management, change management and developing/managing project schedules and integrated master schedules.
·Experience with business process management (BPM) tools and software.
·Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple process improvement initiatives simultaneously.
·Thrives in a dynamic fast paced environment.
