Location: Remote – Available across U.S. and Puerto Rico
Clearance Level: Public Trust (ADP/IT-II); Tier 1 Investigation Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required
Summary
We are seeking candidates for a potential opportunity as Configuration/Change Enablement Specialist to support enterprise infrastructure operations in a dynamic federal environment. This role plays a critical part in managing the lifecycle of Configuration Items (CIs), maintaining Configuration Management Database (CMDB) integrity, and supporting efficient and secure change management practices across DHA’s IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
Document and track the approval, deployment, and configuration of all infrastructure CIs within the ITSM system to maintain accurate baselines.
Operate and maintain the CMDB to support automation, reporting, and process improvements.

Requirements
- ·Experience with configuration/change management in an enterprise IT environment.
- ·Familiarity with CMDB operation and audit practices.
- ·Ability to facilitate CAB meetings and manage change documentation.
- ·Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
- ·Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 1 Public Trust clearance.
