About the role
Position & Purpose Summary
At AVIA , the Client Engagement Director plays a pivotal role in strengthening the Client Engagement (CE) function by designing and building scalable systems, managing high-impact Member programs, and ensuring consistent delivery of value across the Network.
This role combines operational leadership with process innovation to ensure Members experience consistent, high-value interactions with the AVIA Network and to enable account owners to focus on strategic client relationships.
Through data-driven insights, streamlined processes, and program execution, this role is critical to delivering AVIA ’s mission of accelerating digital transformation in healthcare.
