Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions, integrations, workflows, automations, and reporting improvements.

Maintain data quality, access controls, documentation, system reliability, and consistent processes across the revenue lifecycle.

Lead system projects, including tool evaluations, implementations, migrations, testing, rollouts, and user enablement.

Partner with stakeholders and vendors to improve adoption, reduce manual work, and build a practical systems roadmap.

Experience in commerce, e-commerce, or a complex B2B technology environment is a plus.

Technical Toolkit:

HubSpot, NetSuite, n8n, and other CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, customer success, CPQ, billing, enrichment, data, and reporting platforms.
