We don’t just need a We don’t just need a Payroll Generalist — we need a problem solver and payroll operator. . We’re looking for someone who gets their energy from solving payroll challenges, working with data, and finding practical solutions , while keeping a sharp, analytical focus on how their work delivers real business impact.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to stay in their lane. You’ll be at the center of it all — managing payroll end to end across up to 5 entities — ensuring everything you touch is accurate, timely, compliant, and efficient and aligned with our wider goals.

You won’t be a solo operator. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders and external payroll vendors bringing everything together to ensure consistency, impact, and momentum across the board.

Where Responsibility Meets Real Opportunity…

 Manage payroll end to end for up to 5 entities , working closely with our outsourced payroll vendors.

 Review payroll data and outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery .

 Investigate payroll issues, identify root causes, and find and implement solutions .

 Manage payroll inputs, deadlines, approvals, and key payroll processes.

 Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external payroll providers .

 Identify opportunities to improve and streamline payroll processes as the business continues to grow and change.

Requirements

What It Takes to Make an Impact Here…

 Minimum 12 months of payroll experience, ideally gained within a payroll bureau, payroll provider, or outsourced payroll environment.

 Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and payroll data.

 Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.

 Proactive problem solver who can work independently and take ownership of finding solutions.

 Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, high-results environment and able to adapt to constant change.

 Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
