Virtual Assistant - Video Editor

We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise as a video editor to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

What You’ll Be Editing:

Short-form content : Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts

Long-form content : YouTube videos (up to 30 minutes in length)

What You’ll Focus On:

Edit high-volume, fast-turnaround video content for multiple digital platforms;

Use AI tools to increase efficiency, scale output, and streamline content production;

Create thumbnails and supporting graphics for video content;

Independently research and generate relevant, trend-driven content ideas;

Collaborate with the existing team to manage and grow social media channels across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and other Meta platforms;

Adapt content to the format, audience, and best practices of each platform;

Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, copywriting style, and creative direction;

Create content that supports lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth;

Support the content and marketing needs of an entrepreneur and coach;

Review social media profiles regularly to ensure bios, links, pinned posts, descriptions, and other brand information remain accurate and consistent;

Manage multiple content projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality;

Contribute fresh creative ideas without relying solely on the brand owner for direction;

Requirements

Experience editing professional video content for social media and digital platforms;

Experience creating thumbnails, graphics, or other supporting visual assets;

Experience managing or growing social media channels, beyond video editing alone;

Strong understanding of platform-specific content and multi-channel publishing;

Ability to use AI tools as part of the content creation and editing workflow;
