About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Corporate Finance Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, capital allocation, and executive financial analysis for a growing organization.
This is a strategic finance role—not a transactional accounting position. You’ll work closely with executive leadership to provide the financial insights that drive business decisions, optimize capital allocation, and support long-term growth.
Combining FP&A, strategic finance, treasury management, financial modeling, and executive reporting, you’ll build robust financial models, improve forecasting accuracy, evaluate investment opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations that influence company strategy.

Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Forecasting
Lead the annual budgeting process across departments and business units.
Develop and maintain rolling monthly and quarterly forecasts.
Consolidate financial reporting across multiple entities, business units, or regions.
Improve forecast accuracy and financial planning visibility.
Support long-term financial planning initiatives and strategic budgeting.
Strategic Finance & Investment Analysis
Build advanced financial models including:
Discounted Cash Flow (DCF)
Return on Investment (ROI)
Internal Rate of Return (IRR)
Net Present Value (NPV)
Scenario and sensitivity analyses
Evaluate capital investments, pricing strategies, expansion initiatives, and M&A opportunities.
Identify opportunities to improve margins, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
Present data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.
Requirements
