About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Corporate Finance Manager to lead financial planning, capital allocation, and strategic finance initiatives.
This role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, investment analysis, liquidity management, and executive reporting. You’ll partner closely with leadership, build financial models, evaluate investments, and provide the insights needed to support strategic business decisions.
What You’ll Do
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
Consolidate financials across business units or entities.
Analyze financial performance and explain key variances.
Strategic Finance
Build financial models for investments, capital projects, and M&A opportunities.
Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and margin improvements.
Cash & Treasury Management
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
Track debt covenants and capital structure.
Partner with banks and investors on financing initiatives.
Reporting & Executive Insights
Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, and board presentations.
Deliver variance analysis and financial commentary.
Support accurate reporting aligned with GAAP or IFRS.
Leadership & Collaboration
Partner with operations and business leaders on financial planning.
Requirements
- ·5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Investment Banking.
