About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
This is a hands-on property operations role focused on:
Tenant relations and communication
Leasing and renewals
Rent collection and delinquency tracking
Maintenance and vendor coordination
Property management systems
Compliance and tenant documentation
Owner and portfolio reporting
You’ll serve as the right hand to the Property Manager , ensuring tenants receive timely support, vendors stay coordinated, records remain accurate, and property operations run smoothly.
If you have 2+ years of property management or real estate operations experience and hands-on experience with AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, or similar property management software , this role is a strong fit.
What You’ll Own
Tenant Relations & Communication
Serve as the first point of contact for tenant questions regarding:
Rent and payments
Lease terms
Property policies
Maintenance requests
Respond professionally and promptly to tenant concerns
Document tenant interactions within AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, or similar systems
Manage communication for:
Requirements
- ·Local landlord-tenant laws
- ·Internal property management policies
- ·Track important lease, renewal, and compliance deadlines
- ·Portfolio & Operational Support
- ·Support Property Managers with portfolio-level reporting
