About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Executive Marketing Coordinator to support a fast-growing entrepreneurial business across executive support, marketing operations, GoHighLevel CRM, social media, content coordination, and lead management .
This is not a passive assistant role .
You’ll work directly with leadership and take hands-on responsibility for keeping marketing and operational execution moving, including:
Executive scheduling and coordination
GoHighLevel workflows and CRM management
Social media publishing and engagement
Email marketing and lead follow-up
Content creation and short-form video
Lead generation and research
Day-to-day operational support
If you’re highly organized, proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment, this role is a strong fit.
What You’ll Own
Executive & Operational Support
Manage calendars, scheduling, and executive coordination
Support day-to-day operational workflows and project tracking
Manage inboxes and prioritize time-sensitive communication
Maintain organized files, SOPs, trackers, and internal documentation
Track outstanding tasks and follow-ups through completion
Identify operational gaps and help improve workflows
Ensure priorities stay organized and nothing falls through the cracks
