Job Role: Digital Marketing & Operations Specialist
Compensation range: $2500 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Role Overview: We are seeking a technically capable and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Operations Specialist to provide the operational and digital support that underpins the client's marketing team. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in managing HubSpot, maintaining WordPress websites, building and supporting marketing campaigns, managing reporting, and helping generate leads through digital channels.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of marketing, technology and operations — someone who loves building systems, solving problems, improving processes, and helping turn marketing plans into reality.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Operations & Automation
Manage and maintain HubSpot and related marketing systems
Build and maintain workflows, forms, landing pages and email campaigns
Support customer journeys, lead nurturing and marketing automation
Maintain CRM data quality, segmentation and reporting
Support campaign setup, tracking and performance measurement
Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and operational efficiency
Website & Digital Platforms
Maintain and update WordPress websites
Publish website content, blogs, landing pages and resources
Work with the product team to support content updates and product publishing
Support website improvements and user experience initiatives
Ensure digital content remains accurate, current and aligned to campaign priorities
Lead Generation & Digital Performance
Requirements
- ·5+ years experience in digital marketing, marketing operations or marketing automation
- ·Strong hands-on HubSpot experience — workflows, forms, automation, reporting and CRM management
- ·Experience managing WordPress websites
- ·Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation
- ·Experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
