Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Drawing / Estimating Support Specialist to assist with technical drawings and design documentation for a range of interior and furniture projects. This role will support the estimating team by taking ownership of drawing-related tasks, allowing estimators to focus on their core responsibilities.
The ideal candidate has experience creating accurate technical drawings and designs using relevant CAD and 3D design software. They should be comfortable managing multiple tasks, following project requirements, and working with the team to ensure drawings are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and update technical drawings and designs for furniture, interior fit-outs, and related projects.
Provide drawing and technical documentation support to the estimating team.
Interpret project requirements and translate them into accurate technical drawings.
Use CAD and other relevant design software to prepare and revise drawings.
Manage assigned tasks, deadlines, and priorities through Monday.com.
Coordinate with the estimating team to clarify drawing requirements and ensure project needs are met.
Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with project specifications.
Maintain organised drawing files and project documentation.
Assist with other technical drawing and estimating support tasks as required.
