Job Role: Senior MSP Technical Lead / Solutions Architect
Work Schedule: M-F 8:30 AM–5:30 PM AEST (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Work Setup: Initially fully remote, with the potential to transition to a hybrid setup in Metro Manila (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) in the future if an office is established.

Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior MSP Technical Lead / Solutions Architect who is already operating as a senior technical authority within an established MSP environment.
This is a hands-on role covering solution architecture, technical account management, project delivery, infrastructure, cybersecurity and complex L3 escalations across multiple client environments.
The role involves working directly with clients, leading technical projects, supporting and mentoring engineers, and managing complex technical matters across multiple accounts with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Client Management
Act as the senior technical authority across multiple client environments.
Provide technical account management and build strong relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements, provide technical recommendations and translate business needs into practical solutions.
Lead and mentor L1, L2 and L3 engineers, providing technical direction on complex matters.
Manage multiple clients, priorities and technical issues with minimal oversight.
Solution Architecture & Infrastructure
Design and implement end-to-end solutions across Microsoft, cloud, infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity environments.
Work hands-on across Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, Azure, Windows Server, networking, firewalls, backup and security.
Assess existing client environments and recommend improvements to security, resilience, performance and efficiency.
Ensure solutions are appropriately designed, documented and aligned with client requirements.
Project Delivery
Own technical projects from discovery and scoping through implementation, testing and handover.
Develop implementation plans, coordinate technical resources and manage dependencies.
Requirements
- ·7+ years of relevant IT experience, including senior technical leadership within an MSP environment.
- ·Strong hands-on experience across Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, Azure, Windows Server, networking, firewalls, backup and cybersecurity.
- ·Strong experience designing end-to-end solutions across complete client environments.
- ·Experience owning and managing technical projects from discovery and scoping through implementation, testing and handover.
- ·Strong L3 escalation and complex troubleshooting experience.
