About the role
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for a fast-moving B2B company. You will identify and research target accounts, conduct outbound outreach via phone and email, qualify prospects, and book meetings for the sales team.
This is a B2B-focused role. You will be prospecting into business buyers, navigating organizational structures, and having commercially intelligent conversations that move prospects toward a meeting. Excellent English communication skills are highly preferred since you will be speaking and writing to business decision-makers daily. If you are a confident communicator, organized, and motivated by clear activity metrics and measurable output, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work On
Outbound Prospecting and Cold Outreach
Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers within each organization
Conduct outbound outreach via phone and email to cold and warm prospects daily
Write clear, personalized, non-spammy cold emails and follow-up sequences that generate responses
Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving toward a booked meeting
Lead Qualification and Pipeline Management
Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ideal customer profile criteria
Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect pain points, timelines, and fit
Book qualified meetings for the sales team with full context and qualification notes
Log all outreach activity, call notes, and next steps accurately in the CRM after every interaction
CRM and Reporting
Maintain clean and current pipeline records across all active prospects
Track activity volume, response rates, and meeting conversion metrics consistently
