Digital Marketing Manager (BBS829)

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of social media and paid advertising for a premier debate and speech education company serving students across Greater China and Southeast Asia. You will develop and execute content strategy, design graphics in Canva, coordinate with in-house video and design staff, run paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and drive the inquiry volume that fills enrollment.

This is an end-to-end ownership role, not a task-execution role. You will identify opportunities, chase down content from coaches and staff, set your own priorities, and build systems that produce consistent results without waiting to be told what to do next. The company has strong programs, a talented in-house creative team, and a clear market. What it needs is someone who can translate that into digital engagement and measurable inquiries across the Asian education market.
