What You'll Do
Event Coordination
Support the planning and execution of CoverGo-hosted events, partner webinars, and major regional industry conferences
Conduct research on event opportunities across regions to identify speaking, sponsorship, and networking prospects
Coordinate event logistics, branding, speaker prep, promotions, and post-event content
Work closely with regional sales and product teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery across all event touchpoints
Content Creation & Coordination
Create engaging organic social media content, especially for LinkedIn, focused on products, thought leadership, and company milestones
Collaborate with internal experts to facilitate thought leadership content—interviews, quotes, and article support
Work closely with a marketing designer to bring content to life visually
Requirements
- ·Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude
- ·Familiarity with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn
- ·Comfortable working with designers and supporting light content creation, including video
- ·A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- ·Must be based in the Philippines
