Bei uns bist du die zentrale Anlaufstelle für KI: Du identifizierst gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen sinnvolle Use Cases, richtest passende Tools ein, schulst die Anwender und automatisierst Prozesse für die gesamte Organisation.
Deine Aufgaben:
KI-Use-Cases & Enablement
Du setzt KI-Use-Cases um – von der Anforderungsaufnahme in unseren zentralen Organisationseinheiten über die Einrichtung der passenden KI-Tools bis zur Schulung der Anwender
Du schulst und begleitest Kolleg*innen aller Bereiche, z. B. in Workshops, Trainings und Sprechstunden, und baust KI-Kompetenz im Unternehmen auf
Du bist Ansprechpartner und Multiplikator für KI-Themen und gestaltest die interne Kommunikation, etwa über Community-Formate und Best Practices
Rollout & Support
Du verantwortest den Rollout und Support unserer eingesetzten KI-Tools, z. B. Claude und Microsoft Copilot
Du kümmerst dich um Konfiguration, Berechtigungen und Lizenzen der KI-Plattformen in Abstimmung mit dem IT-Team
Du achtest gemeinsam mit IT-Security und Datenschutz darauf, dass KI sicher und compliant eingesetzt wird
Analyse & Automatisierung
Du analysierst und bewertest neue KI-Systeme und Anbindungen hinsichtlich Nutzen, Kosten, Sicherheit und Integrationsfähigkeit
Du rollst Automatisierungen für die gesamte Organisation aus und entwickelst diese gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen weiter
Du beobachtest Trends im GenAI-Umfeld und bringst sinnvolle Innovationen in messbare Ergebnisse
Dein Profil:
Du hast fundierte Erfahrung mit Generative AI – z. B. LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Agenten oder RAG – und kannst Einsatzmöglichkeiten realistisch bewerten
Du bringst Erfahrung mit Microsoft Azure mit, idealerweise mit Azure OpenAI / AI Foundry und der Anbindung von Diensten über APIs
Du hast praktische Erfahrung in der Automatisierung , idealerweise mit n8n
Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und arbeitest dich zügig in neue Technologien und fachliche Prozesse ein
Du bist kommunikationsstark , erklärst Technik verständlich und hast Freude daran, Menschen zu schulen und mitzunehmen
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Erfahrung in der ABAP-Entwicklung bzw. im SAP-Umfeld ist ein Plus
