About the role

The Role

We're seeking a Paid Search Manager to support strategy and execution across enterprise and mid-market accounts within Wpromote's growing B2B practice. This individual contributor (IC) role will partner with senior team members to drive performance through thoughtful campaign management, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has experience managing paid search campaigns within an agency environment and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll help manage search initiatives across multiple campaigns, products, and audiences while partnering with Client Strategy, Analytics, Creative, and other channel teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
