Buscamos um(a) Principal AI Platform Engineer (hands-on) para liderar a construção, implantação e evolução da plataforma de Agentic SDLC. O(a) profissional será a principal referência técnica da iniciativa, responsável por arquitetar a camada de acesso a modelos de IA — incluindo a operação do LiteLLM como AI Gateway — e garantir a entrega da solução em produção liderando um time.
Responsabilidades:
Arquitetar, implementar e operar o LiteLLM como AI Gateway centralizado para Foundation Models.
Configurar autenticação, autorização, IAM, secrets management, quotas, rate limiting, roteamento e fallbacks.
Projetar e sustentar a infraestrutura em AWS com foco em alta disponibilidade, segurança, escalabilidade e resiliência.
Implementar observabilidade completa (tokens, custos, latência, erros, tracing) e indicadores de FinOps.
Construir e integrar MCP Servers, agentes, skills, plugins e ferramentas de desenvolvimento (ex: Jira, Git, Playwright).
Estabelecer guardrails, políticas de segurança, auditoria e governança para o uso de IA.
Desenvolver e evoluir um catálogo reutilizável de artefatos agênticos e prompts.
Colaborar com Arquitetura, Segurança, Cloud e DevOps, atuando como referência técnica e apoiando os times na adoção do novo modelo.
Requisitos
Experiência em nível Principal/Especialista em Software, Platform ou Cloud Engineering.
Vivência sólida e prática com AWS , arquitetura cloud e automação/IaC.
Domínio de desenvolvimento em Python, Java e/ou Node.js .
Experiência com Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, microsserviços e sistemas distribuídos.
Conhecimento sólido de APIs, Gateways, networking, CI/CD e observabilidade.
Forte capacidade de troubleshooting, autonomia de ponta a ponta (da arquitetura à produção) e comunicação clara.
Diferenciais
LiteLLM, Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic/Claude, Claude Code, Kiro.
Model Context Protocol (MCP) e desenvolvimento de sistemas multiagentes.
