Buscamos uma pessoa Principal platform engineer hands-on para liderar a evolução tecnológica e a infraestrutura de serviços da nossa arquitetura na América Latina. Nesta posição, além da execução técnica de alto nível em Kubernetes, Node.js e ecossistema Azure/OpenShift, você atuará ativamente nas decisões de arquitetura e governança corporativa (LeanIX). É o papel ideal para quem quer construir plataforma na prática, sem perder a visão estratégica de arquitetura de solução.

Responsabilidades:

Arquitetar e Operar Serviços: Desenvolver e manter microsserviços em Node.js / TypeScript (Clean Architecture) e operá-los em ecossistema Kubernetes / OpenShift (ARO).

Liderar a Re-arquitetura v2: Executar o isolamento de service principals , onboarding self-service via Backstage , padronização de roles via Entra ID e rollout automatizado em múltiplos clusters.

Migração e Segurança: Conduzir a migração de AKS para ARO (OpenShift) e a substituição de componentes de segurança (como Oathkeeper por Authorino/Kuadrant ).

Integrações e Observabilidade: Gerenciar integrações com Entra ID (MSAL, OAuth 2.0/OIDC), Gigya SAP CDC (SAML 2.0), Redis, Cosmos DB/MongoDB, Vault e Istio, garantindo observabilidade estruturada (Prometheus, eventos de auditoria e tracing).

Golden Path & Developer Experience: Contribuir com o scaffolding no Backstage para entregar autenticação e autorização out-of-the-box para os times de dev.

Documentação: Manter diagramas C4 (contexto e containers), diagramas de sequência de autenticação/autorização e registros ADR.

Governança LeanIX: Apoiar a elaboração de desenhos de solução corporativa e homologação no framework LeanIX (SAP) .

Harmonização de Portfólio: Mapear soluções locais contra o portfólio global para evitar duplicidades e incentivar o reuso de componentes.

Requisitos Técnicos :

Sólida experiência hands-on no desenvolvimento de microsserviços em Node.js e TypeScript em ambiente de produção.

Domínio prático de Kubernetes , containers e pipelines de GitOps (Azure DevOps / Azure Pipelines).

Conhecimento aprofundado dos protocolos de identidade e segurança: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0 e Microsoft Entra ID (MSAL) .

Experiência com Redis (cache/sessão) e MongoDB / Azure Cosmos DB .

Prática em modelagem e documentação usando C4 Model e diagramas Mermaid.

Capacidade e interesse em produzir documentação de arquitetura e interagir com comitês de revisão tecnológica.

Inglês avançado/fluente para comunicação escrita e verbal com stakeholders globais.

Conforto para navegar entre a linha de comando e discussões técnicas em whiteboard .
