Requirements
- ·Strong hands-on engineer at heart, current in at least one native platform (Swift/UIKit or Kotlin/Coroutines) and able to move confidently across both
- ·You’ve led technical delivery across engineering teams, owning quality through code review and design guidance rather than stepping back from the work
- ·You've managed and grown engineers directly, running 1:1s, coaching and honest feedback
