About the role
Overview
The Counter-UAS (C-UAS) Analysis Team Lead will oversee a multidisciplinary team responsible for analyzing, planning, and executing strategies to detect, track, identify, and defeat unmanned aerial system (UAS) threats. This role supports national security operations and contributes to the development and deployment of advanced C-UAS technologies and tactics.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of analysts and engineers focused on C-UAS threat detection and mitigation.
Develop and implement evaluation strategies for emerging C-UAS systems across multiple sensor modalities (RF, radar, acoustic, EO/IR).Conduct operational assessments and provide recommendations to senior leadership on C-UAS capabilities and gaps.
Coordinate with military and government stakeholders to ensure alignment of C-UAS operations with mission objectives.

Requirements
- ·ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
- ·Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Intelligence, or related field (Master’s preferred).5+ years of experience in defense, intelligence, or C-UAS operations.
- ·Strong understanding of sensor technologies and layered defense architectures.
- ·Experience test & evaluation, and operational planning.
- ·Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
