About the role
Be reasonably responsive during normal business hours and available for scheduled meetings and calls. • Maintain sufficient flexibility to accommodate meetings across U.S. and Caribbean time zones. • Proactively manage assigned tasks and communicate clearly regarding timelines, priorities, and any issues requiring attention. • Be available for occasional time-sensitive requests or additional support when project demands require it, with reasonable notice wherever possible. • Participate in a brief regular check-in to review priorities, upcoming deadlines, meetings, and outstanding actions. • Work independently and take ownership of keeping assigned workstreams organized and moving forward.
