About the role
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee the financial function across our international business, primarily supporting New Zealand and USA operations. This hands-on role is responsible for accounting operations, financial reporting, cash flow management, forecasting, multi-currency transactions, and FX management.
We are looking for a commercially minded finance professional who can combine strong accounting expertise with strategic insight, proactively identify risks and opportunities, and support business growth in a fast-paced international environment.

Requirements
- ·Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar senior finance role.
- ·Exposure to New Zealand, USA, Singapore, or other international accounting environments is highly desirable.
- ·CA, CPA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred.
- ·Experience in international trading, import/export, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, international services, or fast-growing SME businesses preferred.
