Teamsteuerung über Prozesse: Du bist nicht operativ im Design oder Dev – stattdessen steuerst Du Dein eigenes Umsetzungsteam (UX/UI, Dev, QA, Research), das Du über Jira führst.
Testing & Evaluation: Du priorisierst, testest und analysierst – mit einem klaren Fokus auf Business Impact
