Requirements
- ·5 or more years of line management experience.
- ·Project management experience in a technical or integrations environment, with exposure to complex products or solutions.
- ·A track record of process improvement, and experience in instigating change within a team and across teams.
- ·Exceptional communication skills – both internally and client-facing.
- ·The ability to direct and lead others confidently, and comfortable having difficult conversations when needed.
