Requirements
- ·- Proven ability to create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts (portfolio, personal account, or previous work).
- ·- Comfortable and natural on camera.
- ·- Deep, current understanding of TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube trends and culture, with the instinct to move fast.
- ·- Strong understanding of hooks (visual, audio, and video) and how they drive retention.
- ·- Proficient in CapCut and Instagram's native editing tools.
