- ·Realizar onboarding dos clientes (Apresentação e contato inicial, Confirmação de recebimento de credenciais, follow up de integração, Apresentação Inicial);
- ·Estabelecer, desenvolver e manter relacionamentos positivos de negócios e clientes (analistas, desenvolvedores, parte operacional);
- ·Combinar conversa de alinhamento de expectativa;
- ·Realizar reuniões periodicas com o intuito de acompanhar e entender o momento de cada cliente, se ele possui alguma dúvida ou sugestão de melhoria para garantir que estão aproveitando ao máximo nossas soluções;
