About the role
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry and hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementations . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Finance and Controlling processes to support critical business operations, with a focus on industry-specific requirements such as Joint Venture Accounting, Production Sharing, and Revenue Recognition.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, COPA, CCA, PCA) in an S/4HANA environment.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into system solutions, and deliver end-to-end FICO processes tailored for Oil & Gas operations.
Support integration with other modules such as MM, SD, PP, PM, and IS-Oil.

Requirements
- ·Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
- ·8+ years of SAP FICO experience , with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations .
- ·Strong domain knowledge in Oil & Gas industry processes (Upstream, Midstream, or Downstream).
- ·Expertise in Joint Venture Accounting, Production Sharing, Asset Accounting, and Revenue Accounting .
- ·Hands-on experience in S/4HANA Finance innovations (Universal Journal, Central Finance, New Asset Accounting).
