About the role
Responsible for developing and executing proactive recruitment strategies in order to identify and attract top talent. Manages full lifecycle recruiting function to include sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting applicants for executive, professional and administrative positions throughout the organization. Acts as subject matter expert on the applicant tracking system, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness and serves as a mentor and coach to less experienced team members.
Builds strong relationships with hiring managers in order to identify staffing needs and fully understand job requirements and team dynamics. Maintains an individual level of open requisitions while assessing the best distribution of remaining requisitions among the team.
