About The Role
As Senior Manager, Contracts & Legal, you will own the contract lifecycle from intake through execution, ensuring agreements move quickly, predictably, and with appropriate risk management. You will partner cross-functionally to resolve issues, negotiate terms, and keep deals progressing toward signature.
This role directly impacts revenue velocity, vendor performance, and risk exposure. You will help the business move faster while protecting the company, and continuously improve contracting processes so they scale with the organization.
Must be based in the United States.
Other responsibilities include:
Manage the end-to-end contract process, from intake through negotiation to final execution
Review, draft, and redline a range of agreements, including:
NDAs
MSAs
Service Provider Agreements (SPAs)
Solutions Proposals (SPs) and Statements of Work (SOWs)
Other commercial contracts as needed
Serve as the primary point of contact for counterparties during contract negotiations
Balance speed and risk - move agreements forward quickly without exposing Myriad to avoidable liabilities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Insurance, etc.) to resolve business and commercial terms
Identify and escalate legal or risk issues to senior legal leadership when appropriate
Track and manage contract status to ensure timely execution and visibility
Support continuous improvement of contracting processes and workflows
Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section
Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts

Requirements
- ·5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a related role
- ·Strong experience negotiating commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, vendor/customer contracts)
- ·Excellent redlining and issue-spotting skills
- ·Solid understanding of key legal and commercial terms (liability, indemnity, payment terms, SLAs, etc.)
- ·Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both legal and non-legal stakeholders
