Maintain at least 99.9% availability for Dedicated infrastructure, strengthen security, and automate operations to support more tenants at scale.

Give your team clear direction and meaningful feedback, and build shared ownership of development and operations.

Lead by example with proofs of concept and artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted approaches. Simplify processes and automate repetitive manual work.

Model effective incident management, lead timely resolution and escalation, and document and teach best practices across GitLab.
